How it works
- Snap or upload. Take a photo with your phone camera, or drop in a PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC file from your computer.
- AI reads the receipt. VATVault picks out the supplier name, VAT number, invoice number, date, subtotal, VAT amount, total and currency.
- Check and file. Review the details, add tags or notes, and the receipt is stored securely alongside your VAT records.
- Export your VAT claim. Download Excel, CSV or PDF reports by month or quarter, ready for your accountant or tax return.
